Phil is the Managing Director of Australian Ethical. He has over 30 years experience in financial services covering funds management, superannuation, corporate governance, and industry regulation. Prior to Australian Ethical he was a member of the Executive Committee of Perpetual Limited one of Australia’s leading investment managers. He is Director of industry associations at the Responsible Investment Association of Australia (RIAA) and the Investor Group for Climate Change, of environmental not-for-profits Planet Ark Environmental Foundation and Beyond Zero Emissions, and on the Advisory Board of Pollinate Energy, a social business focussed on putting solar lights into the slums of India. Phil is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
