Kiera is all about creating a future that is genuinely sustainable and inclusive. Global professional experiences across academia, not-for- profit organizational development, and corporate responsibility have all shaped that mission. In 2015 Kiera found herself pausing her pursuit of a PhD focusing on peace and international sustainable development in the Middle East to work for a Brewery on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Why? Kiera saw “business as a force for good” as the biggest driver of change and knew she had to become a part of the movement.

Kiera is currently the full-time ‘Sustainability Lover’ at 4 Pines Brewing Company, a B Corp on a mission to be locally famous and globally celebrated. 4 Pines is committed to forever challenging the way the world thinks business should be so that the fun they have today is on offer when we’re all old and grey.

Kiera manages the company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility through their ‘Community & Culture’ programs, ‘Save The Pines’ and ‘1 For The Community’, and works hard to make sure that every employee has the equal opportunity to benefit from a working for a B Corp that's growing quickly. Kiera believes that 4 Pines employees are their greatest storytellers and that impact starts with them sharing their employee experience and how they make a difference at work and in the community they love. Beyond good beer, Kiera loves rescue dogs and is super excited about all things blockchain.
