In today’s age of globalisation, why are organisations still slow to adapt and benefit from the evidence that shows organisations with diverse boards, management teams and workforces outperform those that do not? Leading on diversity and inclusion starts with measuring and managing our own practices and policies as Certified B Corps.

Hear from the panel who will share and discuss best practices for diversity and inclusion in different facets of your company, like recruiting and hiring, building better cross-cultural relationships, creation of opportunities for underrepresented groups and cultivating strong leadership in these areas.

In this session, we’ll explore the challenges these businesses face and the tactics they use to improve these practice within their companies.
