Feedback form is now closed.
This is an important information update for the B Corp community to understand why B Lab is advocating for modest amendments to be made to the Corporations Act 2001, in order to introduce a new voluntary corporate form, known as a benefit company. The session will give the audience an opportunity to understand the importance of impact governance and explain what the proposed benefit company form is, why it is important and what the community can do to get behind it.
